SEMINAR DESCRIPTION

This well-rounded seminar focuses on a range of issues of concern to security officers, facility personnel, and management.  Using current trends and examples, a variety of topics will be covered as highlighted below.

The Robbery Experience
The Robbery Experience is a unique, impactful, and extremely effective session that focuses not only on the traditional things normally covered in robbery training, but from a highly unique and far more effective perspective.  This session will address numerous non-traditional aspects that are even more critical to true safety, security, and performance.

Active Shooter Vs. Armed Robbery
This session is designed to provide practical tips on how to survive an incident of violence. Often times, employees only receive training in armed robbery. However, occasionally employees will receive active shooter training but rarely, if ever, are the two talked about simultaneously. Through this approach, employees can differentiate between an active shooter and an armed robbery and will be able to choose the correct response during a critical incident.

Increasing Customer Service and Security
Many organizations rationalize relaxed security efforts because they want to have an open, warm, inviting environment for customers. It is generally believed that customer service and security conflict with each other.  However, this session provides a way to marry the two, significantly increase both and set your bank apart from the competition to give you a marketing advantage!

Security Assessments
In this session, we will explain how to conduct your own security assessment, both practically and effectively. This course does not focus on the “typical” things covered in a security assessment session. Rather than addressing lighting, cameras, or obstructions, we will show you how to protect your most important asset, your people! We understand that your building is your building, your people are your people, and your layout is your layout. So, instead of making unrealistic recommendations about changing these things, let’s take what you have and make it safer with little to no cost!
