Join us as we host the IRS in an informational webinar addressing their Electronic Levy (eLevy) Program.

In the past, IRS Field Collection Revenue Officers issued most Forms 668-A (Notice of Levy) and 668-W (Notice of Levy on Wages, Salary, and Other Income) to third parties in a costly paper environment. This included printing, manually signing, separating all parts of the levy, stuffing envelopes and mailing to the third party through US Mail. For third parties, this required receiving, sorting, routing and processing Forms 668-A and 668-W. Third parties also paid postage to return levy response via US Mail regardless if funds were attached.

To help alleviate these issues, the IRS has developed an electronic transmission (eFax) option to reduce the burden and expense for third parties that elect to participate. On May 7th at 10:00 a.m. CDT, the IRS will present an informational webinar outlining the eLevy Program.
