es. Prior to working for Travelers and Goldman Sachs, Woodward worked on Ca
pitol Hill for 12 years as deputy chief of staff for the U.S. Senate Financ
e Committee. She also was the chief economist for the Senate Governmental A
ffairs and U.S. House Budget committees.
