Lastly, we’ll tackle the uncomfortab le but necessary response to an active shooter situation.
Times change. Crimes change. During this inter active session we’ll identify and discuss the top five types of fraud seen during the last two years and then compare them to what’s trending today. H ear from your peers what they are experiencing today. You’ll learn about th e various ways in which criminals will attack your bank. We’ll explain how fraudsters use social media to try and recruit your actual customers! You’l l leave with a better understanding of what’s happening right now and what you need to be prepared for.
Handling difficult people is one of the hardest situations staff is asked to manage on a regular basis. This program reviews problems front line staff and management could face during interactions with account holde rs and teaches methods to help you cope when things get hostile. People who become upset need to be defused and doing so is not always easy. The most well-meaning intentions could escalate the problem. We review causative fa ctors, warning signs, and the proper use of cognitive listening.
This informatio n packed program will provide you with a recipe on how to conduct your annu al security review. No longer can you just use a checklist to determine if your financial institution is safe. We will instruct you on how to think li ke a criminal to protect your assets, information, and people. Today, the c riminal world attacks your institution via computer, customers, and social engineering ploys. Your annual review should find or correct problems with physical security, robbery procedures, and staff training.
