DESCRIPTION

The retirement tax bill that has been in the works about for months was passed on December 19, 2019. It is called SECURE. It has been stated it has the most sweeping changes to retirement accounts since the tax bill 2006. Since most everything takes effect January 2, 2020 it is important you and your staff are aware of the changes and how it is going to affect your operations department so they are able to answer questions your accountholders will have.
