Compliance Supervisor (Dakota Heritage State Bank, Chancellor)

This is a new position, and the individual would be responsible for designing, implementing and managing a successful compliance and audit program, including working with our external auditors to follow up on monthly audit/compliance deficiencies. Track and monitor the audit/compliance scheduling. Revise and maintain bank policies. Disaster recovery training and testing, BSA compliance and training for staff, comply with all loan and deposit regulations.
