Building Blocks for Your Future

The South Dakota Bankers Association Education Committee is pleased to announce Building Blocks for Your Future a career paths document tailored to specific bank positions. Building Blocks for Your Future is not a prescribed curriculum, but are suggested offerings to assist in developing bank employees to help your bank become more resourceful and productive. The document is a 'living document' and new programs will be added as they are developed.  

These programs are available in a variety of delivery methods – classroom setting, telephone seminars, conferences, or on the Internet via online or eLearning training methods. Detailed education program information is available in postal mailings as well as on this website. In addition, the programs listed for each position may be offered over a period of time, not each program year.
